Description of Work: They serviced my furnace and stripped out 2 of the 4 screws holding it together. It leaked gas and the gas co had to shut off the gas. They came back days later and did a shoddy repair using a different screw head that requires a different wrench than the 2 original screws- poor work, poor customer service. Not getting my business in the future.

Description of Work: I have used Encore many times and Highly recommend them. I have had pipes freeze and they were here within an hour of my initial call. I have them do boiler servicing as well. Cliff has always been very receptive, willing to answer all my husband's many questions and made recommendations on those things my hubby could do himself.
