Absolutely impressed with their service, punctuality, and the value received. Installer came by and went over door framing with me twice (!) because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly right for them. They even accommodated me to the point of recommending a cheaper door variant and installed twin door locks. The former was to remove the previously ordered windows form the door order and the latter was due to us not installing an operator at this time. Both were because the reason we built the garage in the first place is the thieving that is currently out of control in the valley now. I would absolutely recommend this business and their services to others. We saved over $500 between the Home Depot door and this door and this door is of higher quality and higher R value (16).

My initial contact was online and they responded promptly by phone, then came by and provided estimate. Delivered and installed in timely fashion. Friendly and knowledgable with high quality goods.

We felt that Denny the Door Tech salesman whom provided the estimate seemed to have more knowledge and insight regarding specific aspects of the new door and install. Denny was very professional and courteous and provided us with many options, which allowed us to essentially build a custom door. We were able to choose a specific date for install, which was very helpful given our work schedules. Kevin the installer also was very professional and courteous. After observing him, it became very obvious that he was an expert. Once the door was installed, Kevin provided us with a complete review of the operations of the door and was quick to ensure he left the work site clean. He also reminded us that if we experienced any problems to give them a call and they would be more than happy to make any necessary adjustment. Overall, we believe that Door Tech was the right choice and the right product for us and the work provided was outstanding! Many thanks to Denny and Kevin!

I had debated on installing the door and opener myself (I had build the rest of the house myself) But after talking to door tech it was clear they where experts at garage doors and when i got the quote for the door and installation I decided it would be good to have them take care of it all. Door Tech came and installed the door in just a few days and in just a few hours! Opener and all! much much better than i could have done. The door has worked flawlessly ever since until I hit the door on accident with my van the other day and couldn't get it to close, so i called up door tech and left a message and with in an hour he called me back and this was about 4pm on a Saturday! They came over like 2 hours later and fixed the door in like 20 mins! (I tired to fix it unsuccessfully for over an hour) Clearly these guys are total pros in the garage door business. If you need anything garage door related done Door tech is the best company to call period.

Overall very good job. The installer was kind and professional. He explained some steps to me that he took during the install to make it good; you could tell he enjoyed his work, which I think is pretty important. Cleaned up after himself too. The only shortfall was a dent in the door that was a result of the shipping/handling process. To their credit, they were professional, polite, and apologetic. After seeing a e-mailed picture of the door, they offered to hammer out the dent, and if it didn't look good or I wasn't satisfied, they would have replaced the affected slat. After they hammered it out, it looked just like new. Aside the inconvenience of having to follow-up and have them come back out, it was a great job and I couldn't be happier with the new door and opener. If you can't stand those brown and white doors everyone is getting, give these guys a call. The door they installed in BEAUTIFUL and reasonably priced.
