They initially could have done a better job. They had to come back. I called them because they didn't complete things or they didn't do a thorough job. So I had to call them back. They did come in and finish, but it was just more time.

Carpet World of Alaska Inc. did not understand what I wanted. They just kept shaking their heads. I had to come back three times to have them re-stretch parts of the carpet. They were short in one room and they were just slicing pieces to fit it. I told them that was unacceptable. So, they came back and fixed that. The gal who runs Carpet World got very snarly with me and said, "What do you expect us to do?" I said, "I expect you to do a professional job." We were discussing things and she started yelling and I said, "I am not talking to you anymore. I don't care for your attitude or your voice." Our problems with them went on for a very long time. One of the workers had laid the old carpet on top of the new carpet and cut it and cut through both layers and destroyed it. We had to get more carpet. I had an open house and I had to ask them to fix something again. They had to come out several times.

A heater turned over and it burned some part of the carpet, and they did a really good job, I could not even see the stains or anything, I was scared, but they just came in and cut out the burned part and put a new one and had it covered. We had remnants of our original carpet, but I had to pay for the heating tape and labor.

Everything went as expected.
