Bottom Dollar Tree Service

Had this company come out two years ago and do some landscaping work for a new construction home. The backyard was graded basically level, so the water drainage was not functional at all. Since I have some clay in the soil the water just collects in the middle of the backyard and I have to put a sump pump in the puddle to drain it to the tree line. The ground had also settled creating a trip hazard for kids and water pools up even more after a heavy downpour. I have contacted this company multiple times and agreed to pay for the material and the company would do the labor without cost to me. Basically what I keep getting is empty promises. For a company to boast about their military service, I have found that they have no integrity to right any wrongs or to simply satisfy the customer. Especially, after I shelled out quite a bit of money. The lack of follow-through and poor communication is also evident. These are attributes that one develops after serving in the military. I should know, I have 20 years of service under my belt and have been on many deployments. Completely not satisfied at all and will go out of my way to deter people from using this company for any of their services.

After finding them by seeing their logo on their truck called and found them to be the most competitive service I have found. They were quick to respond, very professional, and very skilled at falling my trees in a small area without damaging anything on my property. They then stacked all cut trees and removed all small branches and leaves from the yard. They left the property cleaner and in better shape then when they arrived. I would hire them again anytime, and recommend them to anyone in the area.

They came out to do an estimate within an hour of our call on Sunday, walked my husband and I through the process and answered all of our questions. Checked the other trees in the yard to make sure that there were no concerns. Scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Came and went in one day - when I got home there was a pile of wood nicely arranged near the house (we asked them to leave the trees for firewood), no damage to our yard or any of our property (we had an RV in the driveway nearby), and no 'leftover' debris from the tree removal. I would absolutely hire them again!
