Great. Scott is extremely responsive and respectful. He explains what he is going to do and the best way to go about it.

The lamps I selected had extension parts that did not fit correctly but he efficiently made the corrections within the estimated charge and time.

It's under a home warranty thing but we had this done out from under the home warranty.

I got a call back in a couple days and an appointment within the week. He arrived a half hour early (he did call first) and after I showed him what needed to be done he said it would cost $250. I agreed. When he got to work he saw the outside outlets were fine and didn't need to be replaced. The outlet under the sink was fine - just a switch on the wall. He switched out three things in two different bathrooms (4 items). All was done quickly - within an hour. I paid. After I realized he bid the job on doing more work - replacing the outside, going under the sink for an outlet. I guess looking back I think he should have charged a lesser amount in the end . I have had other people work for me and have less to do than originally thought. They reduced their fee accordingly. I'm disappointed he did not.

Scott was very professional, polite and punctual. He was here when he said he would be and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to answer questions and concerns I had about a future electrical project. He was very patient as we discussed how best to hang the pendant lighting (i.e. height and angle).

Great. Made timely appointment. Showed up on time. Acted professionally. One fan I bought was not correct, they explained how to finish the installation without needing to have them back if I wanted, encouraging me that it could be accomplished myself. This spoke volumes to me on their character and I then vowed to myself to always use them if I ever needed electrical services again.

Estimate was easy to schedule, they arrived on time and were very complete in making sure they understood the problem/desired fix. Parts were obtained on schedule and they were very professional when doing the work. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

The service was great.Price was about what I had expected to that's why the C rating. I showed the installer what I needed done and he went to it efficiently. It took roughly two and a half hours from start to finish.

I contacted them to install my range hood and they set up a time for 2:30. The electrician contacted me on the day of service and asked if he could come earlier. He installed the range hood quickly, cleaned up any mess that was the result of the installation and was very courteous.

I called A1 Electric for an appointment. An electrician called me back promptly and we agreed on a service date and time. The electrician arrived when expected and replaced the light fixture quickly. He also showed me how to remove the light cover to replace the light bulb when it becomes necessary. A1 Electric charges an hourly rate; I should have/could have consolidated several small jobs for a real cost saving.

What a wonderful person "Jed W." was! He was cheerful and kind from the moment he stepped out of his work van. He was polite, easy-going, and seemed to be comfortable in his line of work. Though I have a difficult time swallowing any of these service providers' costs, I understand they are nor out of the norm. I was treated like a real person with a real budget and was spoken to like a friend. If I require assistance again in the electrical arena, I may request this gentleman specifically, and I will certainly be calling this company first.
