I dealt with them exclusively for at least 10 years. They started out really good and now they're really bad. It has gone from excellent to horrible. They could do a better job so they wouldn't have to come out again and correct it.

I was very pleased with the prompt response. My furnace had a different noise coming from it while I was away at work, Jim came over and didn't find anything but did some preventive maintenance while he was investigating the noise. Very pleased by an honest HVAC technician not taking advantage and overcharging for parts that aren't bad.

We find them to be trustworthy. They repaired a leak at our house. They came in and discovered there was a thing left out. They went through and repaired the issue. Everything was done well. The owner's name is Jim. We know, like and trust him. We decided to use him and they did a very good job.

The guys at A-Laska are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Dealing with their office, however, is a nightmare. The woman who answers the phone is friendly enough, but has absolutely no follow-through. If she says she'll call you back, don't hold your breath. It's best to talk to Jim directly if at all possible. Despite the shortcoming, I will continue to use A-Laska. Good quality work from honest people is worth the hassle.

first call: she said, she will show up 10/7/2013 10am; did not come. second call: she did not remember when he suppose to show up. she said, she will show up 10/10/2013 3pm; did not show up so called again. called again and will show up 3:30pm. she show up 5pm. then I told her how I like to remodel the kitcken; she took photos. she told me that she will contact the next two days to let me know. I did not hear from her so called 10/17/2013 and not hear from her.

The experience was perfect. Their price is good, and they're very knowledgeable.
