Ray's Installation Service

Judge and Donte showed up on time, explained the upcoming install procedure and timeline, and began the install. It was expected to take 3 days but only took 1 1/2 days. Both worked very hard and in a professional manner. We have carpet ordered and hope to have these fine young men come do that install as well. Judge was a tremendous help in overcoming a couple of glitches that occurred due to inexperienced sales people where we bought the flooring.

We still have gaps in the floor. The job was never finished there is a large gap where the carpet was removed. The company suggested a solution; however, never followed through. The job is still incomplete. Their solution for the gaps was filling them in with "putty".

They showed up when expected,and very polite. They were to install new carpet as the carpet they installed the first time had a defect. they were prompt getting to my house but when they were finished I had terrible carpet seams that did not match up where it was perfect before. I told them about it and all they would say is vaccuum it andit work its self together. The seam never has worked its self together as one side is slightly higher than the other and is in the middle of the room. I never once saw a carpet puller. I recommend if you need carpet you look else where and check with Home Depot if you buy carpet there that Rays is not the installer.

Great, very friendly while measuring for estimate. She was going to be a few late due to construction and called 10 mins ahead to let us know.

RAYS INSTALLATION AND THE OWNER ARRIVED ON TIME ON WEDNESDAY AND WENT OVER THE DETAILS AND PLAN OF ACTION WITH ME. I POPPED AT THE WORK SITE TO CHECK ON PROGRESS AND TO SEE IF THEY NEEDED ANYTHING, ROBERT ONE OF THE WORKERS WENT OVER THE PROGRESS WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE NEXT DAY THEY FINISHED UP(AHEAD OF SCHEDULE) AND I HONESTLY HAVE TO SAY THAT I WAS AMAZED AT HOW GREAT THE FLOORS LOOKED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THANKS GUYS!!
