 + -1 moreThe technician was very professional. Due to the issues that were found during the service the owner also came out to look and give advice. We appreciated their recommendations & experience. The boiler room was left much cleaner than before they arrived. Best of all, I was pleasantly surprised at how low the bill was given the parts and amount of time the technician put into it. That's a first for this type of work! The annual service portion of the invoice was especially reasonable. We'll definitely be using this company for future service.
Description of Work: We had Aire Serv come out for an annual boiler tune up. This had not been completed in some time, so once they got in there issues were found warranting further repairs.

Description of Work: Clean and tune boiler. Hook up new zone, Install aqua smart, install owner supplied thermostat, fix leaking solder joint. Move hot water coil lines up for better access behind the boiler. Install new circulating pump.

Description of Work: We installed a new top of the line heater. They were not the cheapest bid, though they were close. We felt very positive about the installer and decided to go with him.

 + -1 moreEXCELLENT!!! great service and completed the job another company fail to finish and repaired issues cause by the other company.
Description of Work: i used AIRE SERV to complete a service started by another company, the other company never completed the job and did not return after 3 phone calls. AIRE SERV picked up where they left off and got my heat working again. i will use this company as long as i live in alaska interior.
