Description of Work: Replaced all interior carpet and installed new flooring in two bathrooms. The installers were great! The "C" grade on professionalism had to do with the salesman who is the one who also comes out to provide the estimate. The estimate included measurements that were disproportionately in excess of the scope of work (charged for 1650SF of carpet removal, 1780SF of carpet installation; flooring in bathrooms totaled 140SF, ordered material and charged installation of 197SF). Installation of carpet was excellent, installation of Fusion flooring in bathrooms was acceptable, but just barely. Had I not complained about crooked cuts and gaps between the floor and tub, they would have not offered to install cove base. I would use them again, but I would watch the numbers (measurements) very closely. I felt like I was "saled" to death by their rep Nick.

Description of Work: Replaced carpet and kitchen flooring. We still have ugly seams in the carpet, the owner tried to fix them to no avail. Poor transition from kitchen to living room. Employee lied about returning to address concerns. We were ripped off. Nice flooring, horrible quality of service.
