"Not trustworthy nor reputable to say the least. Long story short: They were called to fix a leaky faucet in shower at my elderly parents' house (75 & 87). About $800 later, it was "good as new" according to the tech, and job was confirmed as complete in written invoice. Within a few days it was discovered by homeowner, and admitted by a tech that they had caused damage to plumbing during their previous job, which now causes a leak into the wall. Who knows what kind of water damage has occurred. They are wanting to charge to fix the damage they caused. When told they need to fix at their own expense due to their negligence and shoddy workmanship, the tech left quickly. A higher-up was contacted, but they doubled down and are refusing to correct the issue. I hope they can understand their response as inadequate and resolve matter without any further issue."

The work crew was here when they said and they worked hard each day all while being as careful of their surroundings as they could while digging massive holes in my backyard and being patient with my overly friendly dog each day. They answered all my questions, probably multiple times, and then they answered them again when the hubby came home. They all worked hard to accomplish the task at hand and then they went above it all and put our yard back together again, minus the grass.
