Rob was awesome. Got his number from a coworker and I am so happy I called. I was a little concerned at first because he didnt come from a big company but after I started talking to him I wasnt worried about that at all. I called him on a Thursday about 5pm and told him what my boiler was doing. He came over 15 minutes later to see what was going on. I couldnt get any other company to come out until Tuesday the following week! After he got there he fixed one of the problems within ten minutes! That same problem another boiler person told us would probably take $400-$700 to fix and another appointment! He said he felt bad though because he couldnt in good faith leave my house with the boiler running in the condition it was in, so he didnt charge me for coming to the house that night. Instead he gave me a list of parts with part numbers to buy and said call him the next day when I had the parts he would come put them in. And sure enough he did. He came over on a Friday night at 5:30 and had my boiler running great in an hour! I gave him a little extra money for his prompt efforts because I was that appreciative of his service! If I had called one of the other larger companies as I write this I would still be waiting for my boiler to be fixed!

Have used Rob's services for several years. Last year he replaced our boiler burner with a more efficient Riello burner which we are very happy with. Cleans boiler and provides a tuneup every year. Shows up in the time window he said he would. Reasonable as compared to previous technicians who do much less work or who do not show up at all after a quote over the phone.
