Crew came in and did a quick efficient job, I have had no problems with the system other than routine maintenance, and I now have no moisture problems in my house! I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Now called Ventilation Solutions, this company installed the air-duct, HRV, and whole-house air filtration system for our new home as it was being built. I almost can't give them enough praise. First of all, they worked us into their busy schedule and precisely when our General Contractor needed them to do the work, and on relatively short notice. Second, they make an excellent product in terms of their air-filtration system design-- our home is built extremely tight and the air vent system is necessary for fresh air. Our son has pretty significant asthma (hospitalized 3 x in the 6 months before we moved into this home), and he has NEVER had a ER visit while we have been living in this house (on vacations only, or staying with friends in town while our floor was replaced-- he's very sensitive to poor air quality). The air quality in our home is excellent with this system. Third, they choose a quality HRV product to stand behind and warranty the products well. Fourth, Richard is extremely personally responsive to calls and questions-- something I've never experienced with any other contractor. We have run into some problems with switches-- manufactured by the HRV manufacture, not by Richard-- and Richard has replaced them at cost. They are fair in charges for labor. We are so very delighted that we trusted our gut instinct to go with Richard though our plumbing/heating subcontractor was recommending someone else who sounded, frankly, like an idiot and proposed a substandard plan and product (we have since had nothing but trouble with the plumbing/heating subcontractor but I'll save that for another review). Don't use anyone else, no matter the apparent cost savings. The Musick family has been in our community a long time and are active in all kinds of efforts to improve home energy efficiency and quality. We are really lucky to have them so make use of their expertise and professionalism.
