Description of Work: The gentleman from Sparkey's fixed several electrical issues, answered all my questions and did even more than expected. Unfortunately, I could not get ahold of him the next summer to address an outside issue, so I ended up calling someone else. That was Redi Electric, they were great, and confirmed what Sparkey's said needed to be fixed on the outside utility pole. I don't remember the exact date Sparkey's came out, or the cost, but do remember he came at the appointment time and his rate was very fair.

Description of Work: Troubleshot recessed lights

Description of Work: We had an electrical problem after the phone was installed in the house. The light kept going off and on and the water stopped working. I called Sparky's and they came out in a snowstorm and fixed it the same day! I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't come as I think the water system would have frozen up. I had called many other companies in town who couldn't come that day.

Description of Work: I called with a question about integrating a new, larger capacity standby generator into my residential electrical system. They returned my call promptly, and were able to tell me what I needed to perform the necessary work myself, which involved buying a larger capacity plug. They were very helpful, and provided just the technical information I needed to be able to shop for the equipment and making the change myself. I was impressed at their willingness to diagnose my problem over the phone, and help me find a solution,even though it didn't involve them making a site visit. Based on this experience, I will call them next time when I have more electrical work.

Description of Work: They came out and found the problem with my dishwasher. they did it quickly and they then replaced the outlet. Fast effecient and they didn't have to come back. They were great.
