instead of coming out and charging me, over the phone they walked me through how to check the sensor alignment. it was indeed out of whack and they taught me how to fix it (SO SIMPLE!!) and charged me nothing. for this reason i would not hesitate to call them for a service i might need in the future.

Living in Delta Junction it is extremely difficult to find anyone to service garage doors. I called Overhead Doors and they said they make a regular run to Delta so I had them schedule me in when they come down. They fixed everything that I asked for and I felt the price was very reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Called and estimate was given over the phone for parts and labor, which was accurate. Installer professional and made suggestions for further improvements (adding weather stripping). Also rebalanced doors as part of the work. Called them back to install new weather stripping - they gave several options for a price that worked within my budget. Highly recommended.

They answered all my questions when I went to their business and explained everything I needed to do to prepare the garage for the new doors. This was a new garage so they helped answer all my questions about rough openings and clearances as well. It took me longer than expected to have everything framed and ready so I wasn't able to schedule them to come until the end of October. Even though it was really cold out they still showed up on time and provided their own heater. They had all the work completed in a few hours even though it wasn't a brand of garage door they were familiar with since I provided them. They made sure everything worked before they left. My only issue with them is that I was told it would be $1,100 for the installation. I prepaid the $1,100 (which is their policy) and then received a bill in the mail a few days later for $65. I called the company and was told it was for some materials they had to use. I think I should have been told it $1,100 plus materials if needed. I thought it was $1,100 total, materials included. That is why I gave them a B on price. Still they were cheaper than their competitor by about $300 and they did great work. I would use them again.

This is a long time Fairbanks garage door company. In the extreme temps that Fairbanks experience, this is the only garage door that will hold up to these extremes. Well established in the community from commercial to home owner garage door and operators. They service what they sell and do it professionaly.

There was nothing I disliked. The installer that came out was very friendly and very professional. He explained what he was doing and got the work done in a timely manner and out the door he went.

Garage door still would not go up the first time so we called them back. The man lubed the tracks and adjusted the pressure on the up motion and checked both remote operation. Our door now works great the first time and the company didn't charge me for the second trip. Very nice and responsive people.

It was very very cold (-40F) and my overhead garage door opener stopped working. I finally got it down, and called Overhead door to see when someone could come out (Expecting a LONG wait). They came out the same day - called when they were on the way, replaced a part, checked everything, and had it working in tip top shape and were on their way. WOW, quick, clean, professional - I would definitely call them again!!
