Description of Work: We chose MB Management because there aren't many companies to choose from in Fairbanks that and we bought the house from them so we assumed they had experience with common maintenance issues in our subdivision. They always seem nice, friendly, happy to help. The new guy seems clueless though, way behind on what is going on with the rest of the office. Faxes are lost, etc. They seem to have a lot of communication problems at times. The person we delt with primarily quit without notice, and we had no idea for months. She gave us a lot of erroneous information which we were then penalized for without notice. We still use them presently, however they may no longer manage for us after 3/1/13 if they decide that we aren't worth the hassle, since we are local and like to remain active participants in the management of our investments. They seem to prefer absentee owners who give them free reign and no accountability. Oh well.
