The problem here is no show, no call back, and hence no work done. This plumber initially told me he would come to change out our toilet on Monday. He did not show or call but when I called him, he said Tuesday or Wednesday would work well, so we made an appointment for him to come and do the work at 9 am on Wednesday. He did not show or call on Wednesday, so I called him 20 or 30 minutes after appt time, leaving a message to please call. Again, there was no response. I left another message a few minutes before 10am and now after 11:30 am I have heard nothing. If the fellow had a bad accident, I am sorry for him. However, since this is the second day he didn't show up as arranged, I worry that his workmanship will be equally unreliable.

They are not very good plumbers. They are always into tremendous hurry and don’t do things right. The whole job is about $25000. We would definitely not use them again.

Our water system froze up during a brief absence from our home. We tried everything we could think of with out any luck before looking through the phone book and trying to decide who to call. We finally called at a few minutes before five o'clock thinking we'd missed our opportunity to have it fixed the same day. Our call was answered and we had help at our door twenty miles outside of town within a few hours. Joe did some quick trouble shooting, thoroughly explained his suggestions, and solved our problem. He was courteous and made helpful suggestions to improve our current system.
Description of Work: Frozen pipe, underground water line thawed and water pump primed.
