The owner is a young woman. She came to my house for an initial review of the place and to give an estimate of time/money it would be. The owner's employees' skills really varied the three times they cleaned!! Basically, for the high amount of money they charge it was not worth it. I own a business as well and understand having to charge a premium to cover for Insurance, Taxes, business license, etc., but I also do a premium job for the customer. Maid Marvelous is just not worth the money.
I was concerned about people I didn't know coming in to clean, but they have been completely trustworthy. They have been cleaning for me for approximately a year, and I am still very satisfied.
