Megan, from the North Pole Office, was my Buyer Agent. She went above and beyond in helping me to find the perfect home. She was honest, always available, helpful, and extremely professional in all real estate transactions. She really looks out for the buyer and has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home in the Fairbanks area!!

Overall they were very nice and quick to respond. We went with a different realator who didn't have the fees that they did. On the other hand they are spendy to sign up with to sell a home, but the do have a great turn around time in selling houses.
Description of Work: I called and scheduled an appointment for selling my house. When I got there we went over how they run the business, then we went over comps, and they gave me a contract to sign if I was interested in using them.

It was a great experience. I would use Madden and Chick Wallace again.
Description of Work: Chick Wallace of Madden real estate sold our home for us and he did an amazing job. His suggested price was right on. Our house sold in a week for the full asking price. The office staff was professional and courteous. I couldn't have been happier!

All I need to say is that I was treated poorly and felt like I was a cattle in a stock yard with them. Very unpleasant experience
