I did not get a Samsung. They match it better than the other store's price than the same one that was on sale. They delivered it free of charge and did a nice job with the installation. They sold me a lemon with the first refrigerator, but the second one works just fine.I'm having a little probably trying to find a sales representative. I had finally tracked down someone that would take my money. They got me signed up for an account and showed me how I could track my purchases, which is good for my record keeping. In general, once I found somebody, they were good about helping me. They have a large selection that was good. They were willing to, especially since I had a negative experience, they were determined to make my next one a positive one. It's still under warranty, so that's a plus. I still expected it to last more years. My older refrigerator would last 20-30 years. One of the reasons you're buying a more expensive refrigerator is not just because it looks fancy, but because it saves you money, and because its energy efficient. You pay $3,000, and it lasts three years vs. $600 and it last 30 years, you're not saving any money. Once I was able to find a sale representative, they were very good. I wanted the refrigerator the same day, but they got it to me two days later.

Went well. They used a fork lift to get the lumber to a higher location for building to keep us from destroying our backs and saving time.

Delivery was as scheduled; installation complete and installers professional and helpful
