Description of Work: The husband and wife (Francisco & Gloria) team clean our home every two weeks that includes vacuuming the rugs, washing the floors, dusting, cleaning the kitchen and both bathrooms in our three bedroom condo. Our first contact with Kenai Cleaning was by referral from a neighbor who had utilized their services for years. We were delighted with their ability to deep clean our previous home when we moved in the fall of 2011 and initiated a bi-weekly schedule to have them continue in our new home. I love the way that they get right down to the business of cleaning & they each know exactly what chores they are going to do. I also feel perfectly comfortable having them in my home whether I'm there or not. They do have a cleaning job in the AM before arriving here, so some days they may be later then our scheduled time because they had more of a challenge with a larger mess than usual. While my husband was still on the board of directors for our previous condo, we also contracted them to do the weekly cleaning maintenance of that 29 unit, 3 floor facility. They still continue their contractual agreement to vacuum & dust the entryways, hallways, stairways, elevator, and clean out the garbage rooms and sweep both garage floors.
