The best thing about Jason is he's creative, he had some great ideas about how to approach things that we wanted to accomplish. Their work was very good quality. He's easy to work with too.

We haven't decided to go with him. He seemed to be knowledgeable and know his business. He took a lot of time with us. He was very young so I was a little apprehensive at first. We were impressed with him. We liked the way he itemized his bid. It was a little high but we haven't received any other bids for a point of comparison. It took a little bit of time for him to get the bid back but it was obviously thorough. The bid was $15,000. It was about a month later after our meeting before we got the bid.

This provider came in to fix and finish a floor install after we let another contractor go due to a number of factors. Jason came in, did what he said he was going to do in the time he said he was going to do it, gave us a fair price, and left us with high quality work. This is our second experience with him and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

This provider was professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. After receiving a quote that was a bit above our budget, we asked him how to get the cost down and he talked through different material options with us until we could find the one that worked for us. He treated the job holistically, fixing small issues he saw as he moved through, making sure to leave our roof as solid as he possibly could with this type of fix. We know we will need to get a new roof in 10 years, and when we do, we will call him. A pleasure to work with.

The owner, Jason Fails, was delightful to work with and spent a lot of time with us planning how to accomplish what we wanted. He wrote a detailed estimate for the base job and we agreed that I would add things (like the more extensive lighting) as we went along. He was very patient with me as the project came together and I was deciding what types of fixtures I wanted. He was also agreeable when I became particular about some of the fixtures and ordered them myself online. There were a few delays, but nothing that would count as real problems, and he was great about keeping in touch so that we knew what would happen and when. We had one subcontractor whose work we weren't happy with, and Jason stood behind us and got it taken care of. Jason was especially good in advising us on energy efficiency with our lights. Following his advice, we installed 12 LED lights flush in the ceiling and 4 CFLs in sconces on the walls. With all lights on and the room very bright, we use about 140 watts. In our usual comfortable configuration of partial LEDs dimmed, we use about 30 watts. In the end, we are very happy with the job he did, we love our new living room, and we would definitely hire him again.
