Everything went well. He arrived on time and was thorough in his work. This was on a boiler that he had previously installed a couple of years ago. That installation also went very well. We will be using him the future for boiler maintenance and repair and would highly recommend him for boiler installation, either in a new home or replacement of an old boiler.

Was under the impression I had to use their services after they installed my boiler and told me that I needed to call them for service. After the install of the boiler they left parts and pieces of pipe in the area, and put a few dings in my drywall too, I didn't make a complaint on this. When my oil line froze they came out and unfroze my line, I appreciated this at -forty below zero. The service was very spendy( about $200), due to after hours call, however the boiler tech spent roughly 15-20 minutes and left a mess for me to clean up ( heet containers, co2 cases) Another visit resulted in another $250 service fee and resulted in a left over mess, me running around town finding a part they said isn't available (I bought from another heating service) and when all that was done, it wasn't the problem. The tech spent 15 minutes for a $200 charge and didn't diagnose it correctly. He came back and spent another 20 minutes unclogging a pipe and tried to charge me another $250!! haha.. Horrible

We had no problem with any of the gas or water installation he did with our new water heater. He says this model has an internal protection against cold, something I didn't know. He changed the scale filter, checked out the unit and recommends changing the pressure release valve that is set at 150 psi to one at 125 psi to protect the system if the city raises the water pressure at some point during maintenance. Good to know he's on top of this. Very happy to have his expertise on our side. We remain extremely happy with the water heater and never run low on hot water any more.

It has never seemed helpful to me to have more than one bathroom but only be able to run one shower at a time, waiting for the water heater to reheat before the next person can shower, or do laundry, or run the dishwasher. I also didn't like having a closet in the kitchen wholly occupied by the water heater, depriving me of valuable storage space! A tankless heater seemed the obvious answer but I hadn't found a plumber who had experience with this. Mr Delbridge is knowledgeable about the models and was able to recommend one that will provide sufficient hot water to run all three showers at once. He brought in an electrician to wire a receptacle. I knew exactly what I wanted and he has capably provided it all. It would have been a simpler job to install the new water heater in the space of the old one, but simple didn't suit us this time. Appreciate his efforts and patience, and particularly enjoy our instant-on endless hot water supply.
