Description of Work: Since we began using this company as our property manager, there was a steady decline in service and quality. He actually cost us over $2000 because he failed to have the furnace cleaned, even though it was to be done yearly, according to our contract. Payments were consistently late, making us often late on our mortgage payments. To be fair, there was a tragedy in his family. However, instead of saying that he could no longer handle our contract, he became less and less responsive, and his office didn't even know where he was.
