Description of Work: Mr. Hollenbeck came to my home and reviewed the job I wanted to have done. He said he would have an estimate for me in a few days. I didn't hear back from him. About two weeks after he was at my home, I sent an email to his company address asking if he was finished with the estimate and what the cost would be to tape, texture, and paint my basement. I never heard back from him. I hired someone else to do the job.

Description of Work: Painted the house (exterior). No written estimate. Failed to paint portion of house inside screen deck, even though it is part of the exterior siding. Wanted extra to do this work. Only had one person on the job. No equipment to reach high portions of the house. Not sure the eave panels even got painted in the high areas.

Description of Work: They painted a large two bedroom apartment in two days. It was raining outside so they were available to work spur of the moment to keep working. They used good quality paint and kept everything nice and clean.

 + 0 moreAll services were provided on time and were done exceptionally well. Hollenbeck was flexible with scheduling their work, allowing for an electrician to perform preliminary work in the garage. Work areas were clean and organized and complete cleanups were performed when the work was done.

 + 0 moreI went to lunch with a friend and had been looking for an emergency patch job for a hole in the ceiling of a bathroom in a rental property. I happened to park next to a truck with Hollenbeck Painting and Drywall on the side. I wrote a note with my name and contact phone on it. He called me before I finished lunch with my friend and came over after work that same day to look at the problem and came the next night to fix it. I watched the whole process and asked a lot of questions, generally bugged him while he worked. He was very professional, did the job well and left the property clean. I will keep his card handy and will definitely call him in the future. He went out of he way to do a very small job that was a big deal to me.
Description of Work: patched and feathered a hole in the ceiling of a bathroom caused by a leak in the apartment above.

 + 0 moreThe guys were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They knew what they were doing, did an excellent job quickly and efficiently, and charged what we had agreed upon. I can assure you that the next time I need painting done, I will call them first and hope they will be able to fit me into their schedule. If they continue to provide this level of service, they won't have time to do all the work people will want them to do.

 + -1 moreCrew was very professional, moved furniture and covered it, covered all floors and walls while working on ceiling. Cleaned up mess every day before they left. When they completed all of the painting they vacuumed the floors and dusted woodwork and furniture. Moved furniture back where we had it.
Description of Work: Removed popcorn ceiling from approximately 850 square feet of living area. Refinished ceiling with light texture. painted ceiling and walls.
