 + -1 morePeter came out and gave me an estimate. A week later they were able to come out and complete the job. They took off all the large branches first before dropping the trunks. They brought a BobCat along to load the large pieces on a trailer. Our back yard isn't the easiest place to access with mechanized equipment but they did an excellent job around the obstacles. They also came back and cleared all of the overgrown brush and rotten firewood in the area that I asked them to clear. The trees were large. The trunk of one of them measured 27" in diameter. The other tree was 30" in diameter. The remaining trunks were ground up to about a six inche depth. No evidence of a tree is left other than the chipped wood that fills the hole.
Description of Work: Removed two large oak trees, ground up the trunks remaining from the trees and removed a lot of brush and rotten firewood from the back yard. One of the trees was next to a shed and they dropped the tree precisely where they wanted to.

 + -1 moreSeemed to be flawless. They cleared the brush that was on my driveway in about 1 1/2 hours. That was amazing, it was a lot of brush. The res was done shortly after, then the last tree was droped perfectly so that I was able to move the logs myself.
Description of Work: Cleared (chipped) piles of brush from downed trees that I cleaned up, also cleared piles of brush that had been sitting around for years. While they were here I asked Peter if they could take down the remaider of a large tree that only the top half fell. This was only $100 over his original estimate. They were only here for about 4-5 hours.
