Description of Work: They have been really good. I used them for some plumbing services. When I called, they came right out. I have a very low clearance under my house, so I needed someone that could do the plumbing but small enough to get into my crawlspace. They sent out a very young and small man that was able fit and he did the work, including welding and repairing plumbing within 2 hours. It was wonderful!

Description of Work: Responsive and prompt. I needed the spray nozzle and hose replaced on my kitchen sink. My chrome sprayer ended up being replaced with a lesser black sprayer that doesn't match my sink fixtures. The technician was here for a half hour but charged for a full hour instead of a partial hour (maybe that is the company policy but that is unknown to me). Given the lower quality of the replacement item and cost of labor, I will certainly shop around for competitive providers should I need plumbing services again.

 + -1 moreThey have a technician named Tom and he is great. Tom is both very personable and helpful. Right now our furnace is operating very well. They were very professional. They came out and worked with us as far as what we needed. We probably need a new furnace in the future but right now they are assisting us in helping this one last until we can afford a new one. They aren't just trying to sell you unnecessary products. We will continue using them in the future.
