Description of Work: I had let the outside area around my back yard go to seed for several years. They hacked back brush and weed whacked for 6 hours to reclaim the area. Great guys. Very professional. Will have them back next summer. Heard they also plow so I might have to give them a ring this winter too.

Description of Work: They contracted to mow the vacant lot next to my house. The guys who came worked hard, but there were some plants that had "tomato cages" around them that I did not want mowed. One guy pulled out the tomato cage with one hand and weed-whipped down the bleeding hearts with the other, twice. I complained to a manager last year and he said he would replace them. This spring, I reminded him and he did replace them.

+ -1 moreThe workers worked diligently. They didn't really trim anything and we were left with tall grass around the fence. Kind of expensive for the work performed. For $198.79 I would have expected a bit more attention to detail.
Description of Work: We just moved into a new house and did not have a lawn mower yet. The yard appeared to have been ignored for a couple months. They raked and mowed the yard.

Description of Work: They cut my lawn grass. When I made the appointment I did mention it was raining and they might have difficulty to cut my back yard. I was inform it wont be a problem but when the cutters came they could not cut the grass short because of the wetness. I also paid additional $35 for the them to clear the grass and to dump.

+ -1 moreI really like the service that Quality One has provided. Whenever we need an emergency plow they get to us as soon as possible before the end of the day. Wasilla is huge and I know it's impossible to be everywhere at once, but some people don't understand that. Quality One has our driveway plowed and clean before the city (Burrough) even gets a chance to plow our streets! If you are looking for a professional and reliable snow plowing company, look no further because you will find it with Quality One.
Description of Work: The provider has done snow removal for me and my family every winter since 2012.

The work crew was very friendly to me and respectful to my dog who was in the yard at the time of service. Description of Work: Service was split into two visits. First team (A-Team) came and did the mowing and did great. Was on time and got right to work and if it wasn't for the sound go the equipment I wouldn't have known they were there. Team 2 showed up a few days later to do the weeding, edging and shaping of the flower beds/planters. They showed up unprepared to work that day, but after talking with Jeff (owner) the situation was resolved, and taken care of at no extra cost to me. Sent the A-Team back out to complete what should have been done by Team 2. Would definitely recommend them and am considering using them again in the spring to get a jump on the weeds before they take over again like this year. And one last thing, don't let the cost for my job be a deciding factor for you. I have a huge yard with a lot of detailed planters that all needed a lot of attention. Jeff gave it a true landscaped look when all was said and done.

+ -1 moreIt was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. There were additional charges of $123. They were able to get out here quicker. There were still little weeds and grass after they did the cut. I didn't find out about the additional costs until a week or two later. They did an okay job. They were very courteous so I guess I would recommend them. The communication hasn't been good in trying to get somebody to come out for an estimate of what should have been done initially. We've been going back and forth since August.

+ -1 moreHad expected at least 2 or 3 people to help us rake, but was disappointed when only 1 showed up. Called in another person who was not able to arrive until the last two hours of the job. Talked to the owner about getting a piece of equipment to help expedite the job but he did not have an operator. Was impressed with the work that the woman did in our yard. The other woman who arrived later did an awesome job as well. Owner is personable and professional. His operation seems small here in the valley with most of his workers doing jobs in Anchorage. Would consider using his company again for small jobs.

+ -1 moreIt took them about an hour to knock it out. They charged $150 for the truck which included half an hour of labor for free. They charged another $25 for the other half an hour. They did a great job and got it all cleaned up. They were in and out in no time. They were prompt and there were no problems at all. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Quality One to do some yard cleanup. They removed a bunch of dead tree limbs in my backyard. It was a bunch of sticks and brush from where the house was built.
