 + -1 morei rented a house from prudential, i worked with Tracy Brewington and her staff, repairs were never done (my family was charged for that) they never represented me or my family they work only for the owners of property and they never gave me back my 8,000 dollar deposit. The house we rented had tile floor and the grout was filthy when we moved in it was never cleaned the house was a mess had dirt and dust all over every thing (i had to clean the house my self before i could move in)we were given 30 days to move because the owners were moving back in to the house. even after my self and 5 of my friends cleaned the house top to bottom i was still charged for cleaning and charged for the dirty grout that was filthy when i moved in. Tracy was very unprofessional gave me every excuse in the world not to discuss the deposit with the owners. in short dont rent from prudential they work ONLY for the owners and will screw you out of your deposit.They over price every rental they represent and now demand you have rental insurance before even renting to any one. I dont think i ever saw one smile from Tracy Brewington the hole tome we worked with her, she is judgmental racist and an all around snob, and it seams to roll over to her staff. the office in Wasilla has the worst customer serves ever, if you like being talked down to then this is the realtor for you.

 + -1 moreNot good. See the above detail. There is too much negative detail to share here. I don't have time to describe every little thing that went bad. Although I will share that the broker in her office was also completely unresponsive when contacted about her absence of professionalism.
Description of Work: This office was the listing office in my property purchase. The agent (Elena Mabius) was horrible. I cannot be negative enough to describe doing business with this person. She is completely unorganized, unresponsive and dishonest. Because of her lack of ability, she tried to charge me an additional $5000 for mistake on house plans that she made. Then, when confronted about it, blamed the architect. She was horrendous. Midway through the deal (we built a new house so the process took 4 months - not the 3 promised by the agent) I had had enough and told my agent that she (Elena) was not to contact me directly again. I have since talked to several other home owners who had the same experience with her. Unfortunately, she is related to the builder and he only uses her as his listing agent.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional. When we bought our house it was in the winter time before the holidays. I told them that I wanted to move into the house before Christmas and I believe it was in November and they worked extremely fast to get us into our home. By the time we purchased our house to the time we closed it was about a month.
Description of Work: Prudential listed our house and they sold it. They also helped us to find the house we're now living in.
