We asked for drawings, several times, to confirm the dimensions and style for the room. We got hand drawn documents but the concept was there and we let them proceed. It wasn't until after the install that we noticed that there was no scale on the drawings. The windows were a lot larger than anticipated and those walls were now mostly window so you can't butt anything up against that side that won't show in a window. We called out a door for access by model number and did not get the correct door. When that point was brought up we were told the one we chose was too expensive and if they had to change it out it would be an extra charge. So, we got a door we did not want even though we were quoted a price with that particular door. We also got a ticket from the municipality because they did not file the permit for the construction. We had to take off of work and go down and speak with the inspector. It was corrected but still that should've been handled as part of the job. They attached the stair covering to the main house, which was not part of the plan. They actually cut out a piece of the main house roof to make the covering awning fit. That was never discussed. All in all the workmanship was fine. The communication and processes were definitely not. We ended up with a room as we asked, it is built sound but it is not the windows or doors that we asked for. The main house roof was cut, still don't know what to think of that. It took several times of asking for something other than a sketch and by then we were in a need for the room and let it go that it wasn't an actual drawing or to scale. That lesson was learned, we will not be hurried by a contractor again.

Absolutely delighted. Leroy and his sub contractors are professionals, craftsmen and gentlemen. This is the first time I have had my expectations exceeded by a contractor. I highly recommend M2C1. My wife and I will use them again.

We love our newly remodeled home. This company was excellent to work with. Keeping us informed when to expect workers to arrive and timelines requiring action on our part. It's always difficult living amidst construction but Leroy was very consience about keeping the work isolated as much as possible. It was very helpful that he kept the work clean of debris. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a remodel or new construction. This is a very skilled company owner that takes pride in high quality work.
