J R's Septic Pumping

When bought a home with a septic tank, we did not have any experience in the area. We received a reminder in the mail (addressed to the previous homeowners) that it was about time to have our septic tank pumped. We called to make an appointment, and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, along with advice for septic tanks (did you know the type of TP you use matters?!). we decided to wait a few months to have our septic tank pumped and about a month later we noticed “stuff “ had backed up into our downstairs sink. We called Jr’s and they came to pump it the very next day. This is where the real service comes in. Our pipes froze and broke and the water backed up again. My wife called Jr’s frantic (as I was out of town on business) and Carla helped her tremendously. Not only did Carla help her figure what step to take next, but also acted as a friend that my wife needed at that time. Carla told my wife of a Plummer that was very trusted, and how Jr’s will be able to dig up, and replace the section of pipe that had broken. This all happened a few years ago, and my wife still talks about how Carla is like a phone friend to her. Dawn is also so helpful and nice. The guys that come out to the house are always friendly, and courteous, leaving descriptions of everything that was done. We know we can always call Jr’s with any issues regarding the septic tank, and they will gladly help. Even though we only want to have to call them once a year, it is great to know they are there.

I called and they had my address on file from previous owner. Wa able to schedule over the phone. I did not have to be at home when job was done and bill was left on the door. Fast and easy.
