7/2019. Found evidence of carpenter ants chewing up our window sill/frame. Called Randy on Sunday night and left a message. He was at our home the next day (before noon) and treated our house. FAST!! So pleased he came out soooo quickly. FYI. He had treated our house 2 yrs prior because we had seen ants near the house. This time they were actively chewing our window frame; guestimating for a month.

My husband and I have a new cabin in Soldotna approx. 15 mi from town. We discovered carpenters ants decided they wanted to nest in the floor of the cabin. I called Randy in Soldotna from our primary address in Anchorage, and asked if he could fit us into his schedule. He said he had an opening the next day. He also told us we didn't need to be there since it was a treatment applied outside. I signed up immediately. I gave him the address and a description of the property. He called when he got there, and asked if we would like to have the shed treated too since the cabin is small and the price he gave me included the sq ft of both cabin and shed. He called when he finished. I paid by phone. It was too easy. If his treatment worked I will definitely call him again in the spring when we open the cabin again. Cell phones make it hard to communicate sometimes, but we made it work, and Randy was very patient with me.

He actually told me how to do the necessary things myself! I very much appreciate his professionalism and concern for making sure my needs were met... whereas the others couldn't even be bothered to call me back for scheduling.

i was very pleased with the promptness of service, friendliness of employees, and how understanding they were in the finances dept. most of all the heat treatment got rid of the bedbugs.

Randy, the exterminator, originally set the appointment for 4:00 pm and called around 2 pm to let me know he would be late. I think the only thing he forgot was the paper work he needed to clear me. He did write up a letter and signed it with his name and phone number. He was great.

Eagle Pest Control and Tree Service is the ONLY company I will use for any pest control needs I may have in the future! Randy and his crew have been the BEST! We recently had some wood framing replaced under our home and as a result Carpenter Ants emerged into my master bedroom closet. I immediately texted and emailed pictures to Randy at Eagle Pest Control and told him what was going on. He was here the very next day! He was prompt in returning my emails and phone calls, answered questions from me and my landlord with an accuracy that amazed me. We had a quote for potential extermination from the previous year and he honored that same quote amount! Randy showed up on time and prepared. He was quick and informed us of risks that we needed to watch out for (pets and kids to stay away from the sprayed areas). When I do finally move I will be hiring Eagle Pest Control to inspect any future dwelling and property that I am interested in before moving in. I highly recommend that anyone purchasing a home have pest inspections done in addition to regular building inspections.

They do a pretty good job and are here quickly. They answer all of my questions and are extremely effective.

It was a crazy and stressful time for my family due to the bed-bug infestation but Randy and his daughter continued to be empathetic with each call I made to them, both before and after their heat treatment. His crew arrived on time and were professional in caring out the heat treatment. It seems to have done what is necessary to rid the apt and my possessions of the bugs. My only concern was that they did have a partial crew change during the 7 hour heat treatment and I wish I would have been notified of that during the times I stopped to check on their progress, but that didn't seem to affect I especially appreciated that Randy's daughter came back by the apt, at my request, on a Saturday, days after their work was done, without additional charges, to use their bug-dog to verify there were no obvious bugs still present! Mandy also took the time to explain the bug issues and treatment to my sister. Thank you!

They came set up and started their job right away. I loved it. They also called me before they turned the heat off the exterminate the left over traveling on us. Great idea

After they left we realized that they had stolen $206.00 out of a backpack in the closet. A police report was filed. The bugs came back and they repeated procedure. So far only two bites. On 01/22/2012 got a bit again.

I discovered that I moved into a home that was infested with bed bugs and immediately contacted my landlord. Neither one of us had ever dealt with bed bugs before and my landlord contacted Randy Beuter at Eagle Pest Control and Tree Service to come out and investigate. To my surprise he was very prompt on contacting me and scheduling an appointment to bring his dog that is trained to sniff out bugs. When he got here my husband had already captured one of the bugs so we didn't need to employ his dog. I new that chemical treatments were long and uncomfortable processes and I have children and pets that I was concerned about getting sick from chemical treatments. Randy offered a great opportunity to exterminate all of the bed bugs in one day (10 hours of treatment) with a heat treatment to the house. We accepted and our landlord helped foot the bill. Randy emailed me a checklist to prepare for the appointment a few days later. Randy and his crew showed up on time early Friday morning and set up the barriers and prepped the rooms for the heat and made sure we didn't miss any thing that could be affected by the heat. He explained every step and allowed us to observe (luckily it was a nice day outside). In the last hour of the treatment we were able to and quot;flash treat the smaller items that were removed from the home to make sure they didn't have any bugs either. Randy's crew were polite and very professional. Bed bugs hide EVERYWHERE! I was surprised to see the detail that his crew went to to make sure every nook and cranny were exposed to the heat including our dressers and separating the mattress and box springs from the bed frames. It looked like the house was ransacked when they were done, but this was explained in the checklists and conversations that he would be exposing maximum surfaces to the treatment. I was more than happy to put things back together when they were done. That was the best night's sleep I had gotten in a long time! While Randy was here he also noticed that the trees around my home have issues too and offered and quoted tree removal and gave me great knowledge to keep an eye out for trees that are sick and spreading issues to other trees on the property. I chose not to partake in the tree service because the property I am on is a rental and the landscaping is more rustic than groomed. THANK YOU Randy!
