Description of Work: Cozy Carpet provided excellent service for both carpeting and window treatments. They contracted with some flooring installers who brought other family members to do the job more quickly due to a family celebration. The work was haphazard and in some cases improperly completed (carpet joints visible, vinyl in bathroom replaced because of improper installation, neglected to add small portions of carpet in tight locations, and damaging floor molding). |The installers of the window treatments were the owners of the store and completed the job swiftly and correctly.

 + -1 moreYou can never go wrong with this company. The designer will be coming to my home to help me select the shutters I want. For this project, they will also install them.
Description of Work: I have worked with Cozy Carpet for several years now as a DYI remodeler. I have ordered tile for several rooms. They provide wonderful design advice, are always courteous, and the prices are in line with the box stores. My orders are always ready when they promise. I am now working with them on interior shutters. They are a good local business, and I am always happy with the outcome.

carpet installation
 + -1 moreFolks in the office were great, very good, they came when they were supposed to and did it. It was just the clean up was the only problem I had with them. The rest of the stuff was great. Everything else I was pretty satisfied though. The only dislike I had was failure to clean up other than that everything was fine. They did a good job installing the carpet, I thought they were a little high, we took our own carpets out because they wanted to make $600 to take the old carpets out. My wife and I took all the old carpets out. I thought that was a little exorbitant. The new carpet price was fine and the installation quality was fine. The people in the office like I said were very helpful. No problems other than just the clean up after the job was done or lack of clean up after the job was done.

Description of Work: I requested services for hardwood floor purchase. It seemed as though they weren't interested in working with me. I was written off the moment the person walked into my front door. A waste of my time. This was their second chance. I had tried to work with them on kitchen cabinets and counters. I try to work with locals, but these folks are a disappointment .
