Description of Work: Overall their work was great, however, I do have an outlet that was working prior to their work, located within their scope of work, and is not now working - but I have yet to notify them of this, so the fact it isn't fixed is my problem and not their doing. The only issue I have is that they have, in writing, the full scope of work and that is yet to be completed. I would hope they would take the initiative and contact me rather than me having to call them or remind them to come out. Still, they were pleasant and professional.

I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Rising Sun for anyone needing electrical repairs or service. The cost was very reasonable and was actually under the estimate provided by the owner, Dakota.
Description of Work: Troubleshot outside flood light and installed new fixture. Replaced two Flourescent light fixtures with nicer standard flush mount fixtures(I supplied the fixtures). Installed 3 electric plugs in husband's man cave. Identified some hot wires and possible safety issues and fixed those too! He also troubleshot a dimmer switch and my doorbell.

They were prompt, did all the work I asked them to, and were fast and thorough. Nice to have a good electric company in Eagle River. I am a happy customer.

 + -1 moreOur bedroom light hadn't been working for about 2-3 years now, and we just installed a heated mat floor in the bathroom that stopped working and also made our bedroom closet light not work. We figured it was about time to call an professional in. I did research and saw that Rising Son Electric had some good reviews and they were licensed, etc. So, I gave them a call on Wednesday and Mike was out fixing the issues on Friday. HE WAS ON TIME, professional, and taught me and my husband a few things. He didn't even seem to mind when our 1 1/2 year old had a fit. We will be calling them again when we do our addition to the house. I was very pleased.

They were able to install the box within a day and completely labeled the entire system. They set up a payment plan for me and were very courteous over the phone.
