Not so well. One month and one day after installation the garage door failed in an explosive way. The springs pulled out of the header and wrapped the wires around the springs and damaged the operator computer as well as some of the garage door components. The root cause was that the installer used lag bolts and didn't pre drill. The header split causing the failure. When Door systems was contacted they sent the same installer out and he told them that the installation was done correctly and then Door systems told me that I would have to pay to have the problem repaired. I sent them home and got another firm to repair the door at a cost of $1260.00. I still have the failed parts and it is clear that the failure was caused by lack of pre drilling. Now the company is sending me a bill for their man to come and do nothing: $90.00. Don't do business with this firm because they will not stand behind their work.
