 + 0 moreOur offer on our home was accepted on Dec 26th and thought we would have to wait to get the inspection appointment. We were pleasantly surprised when the appointment was for the next day! Steve was very professional. As first time home buyers, we had alot of questions & concerns. We followed him around asking millions of questions. He was patient with us and even offered information on where to buy supplies and appliance and things. He was wonderful! He explained everything he was doing and what it all meant. If you need a home inspection, give him a call!!!
Description of Work: We got a home inspection before buying a home.

 + -1 moreSteve was professional, knowledgeable, and eager to involve me in the entire home inspection. My three young children were not only tolerated throughout the inspection, but were encouraged to ask questions and to learn as we went. I would have preferred that we were able to get a look up in the attic to get a better idea of roofing and insulation, but I understand that certain inspectors can do certain areas and are not supposed to go around taking things apart and rearranging closets and built in shelving. Overall, I am pleased with our experience.
Description of Work: A home inspection, to include anything in and around the home and property that we could put our hands on.
