Joe from Yellow Hat construction did a phenomenonal job installing a 6 ft wooden privacy fence. Quality of work is second to none, will definitely be recommending his construction services to all of my friends and co-workers.

Joe was fantastic! He made us aware of a problem that we thought had been resolved years ago. He was very flexible with when and how work got done. He worked to find solutions that would work for my mom , who is elderly and lives alone. He was able to help mom with a variety of smaller projects that she needed done. Joe is very kind and is good at communicating with both my mom and myself. I really appreciate his professionalism and understanding.

Joe seemed to be a novice. He changed his original price by an increase of $200. His work was not perfect but was completed. All the jobs he completed were satisfactory and have not further showed signs of being broken or leaked. Twice he suggested that I purchase larger items instead of fixing what I had (kitchen sink toilet). The sidewalk cement chipped within a week. Also, was committed to other jobs while working for me which caused him to work 3 1/2 -4 hrs. per day. I expected him to complete my job within 1-2 days, instead it took almost a week. Since I do not work this was ok. He was friendly and professional but seemed to lack experience and expertise. I would recommend Joe, but not expect a perfect job.
