Description of Work: Replaced bedroom window. Also had 2 glass windows replaced that had developed fog and hard buildup condensation.

 + -1 moreI had called another well-known window company - twice - and never heard back. I then contacted Window Medics who promptly came to the house to inspect the fogged windows, which couldn't be repaired because of the type of window. They gave me a bid to replace all three windows which was reasonable, ordered the windows and then installed them as soon as they arrived.
Description of Work: I called Window Medics to see if two fogged windows could be repaired instead of replaced. I also had a broken window that needed to be replaced.

 + -1 moreExcellent! The price quoted was what I was charged and the service technician was friendly and knowledgable, plus they guarantee the work. If it doesn't solve the problem then the cost of the defogging will be applied to replacing the panes.

 + -1 moreWindow Medic Staff was very professional during the entire process which including me calling to schedule a appointment for an estimate, to them coming out to do the estimate, to do the installation. My installer was very professional and cleaned up after himself. One would never know that the glass was replaced. I would definitely do business with Window Medics in the future.
