Once Wesco got here finally, they were pretty fast. What I don't like is that it took them a long time to respond and a long time to get here. Now, they're having trouble scheduling a recall, they have another thing they need to do. They are pretty slow about that part. When they finally said they were going to get here, they got here on that day and at that time. I will probably use them again if we have plenty of leave time for the work because that was the issue, it's hard to get them to get back to us. We've gone through a bidding process process and we select them and then we tell them that we're going to hire them and then they don't show-up.

It took a while to get a bid and once I accepted their bid they were two weeks out with scheduling. Overall I was very happy with their service. The installers were very professional and did a very good job. And they showed up on time which has not been my experience with some of the contractors in Anchorage. I was also very happy with the price as it was several hundred dollars less than bids from other companies. I would recommend them.

Office lady who set up appointment was too abrupt to my liking. But, advice and workmanship were exellent.

The two young men that installed the gutters had the job done in just about 2 hours, which is what they said it would take. I explained what I wanted and they went to it. They also asked questions if they didn't understand how exactly I wanted one section laid out. Very nice young men.

Prompt and reliable. When one spot needed additional work, they came the next work day.
