An estimator came out to to price a fence project for us on May 16th. It is now June 13th and there has been no estimate or attempt at communication since then.

Thee Fenceman Inc builds quality fences and ground level decks and has been doing so for the past 25+ years. The yard had not been landscaped and the grade was extreme. It had not been surveyed at the time and an asbuilt was not made available to us. We require an asbuilt, property survey, or an existing fence to do an accurate estimate. At the time of the estimate we had nothing to measure other than the homeowners best guess as to where the property lines are. Due to these reasons, we chose not to bid this job. Our company prides ourselves on great communication with our customers and we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations.
