+ -1 moreI'm taking time to write this review because I believe with my whole heart that everyone should know about this Kevin Barreett and his team. I'm very early in the home buying process and they have been SUPER helpful. They are patient, kind, experienced, focused, detailed.... you name it. I'm working with Kevin and his licensed assistant Lisa Simmons, and they are both lived in Anchorage their entire lives. The knowledge tha they have of the area is absolutely amazing - and VITAL when trying to buy a home for my family. I can not recommend them highly enough - especially if you are new to the area and/or are relocating. Their knowledge of the market, the neighborhoods, home values, negotiating... it's all top notch! What many other realtors aspire to... or at least should!
