Description of Work: After paying them nearly three thousand dollars, which included five hours that they charged me for and they were not here, I have discovered that half my outlets and my doorbell do not work. When I called to have them come back to fix it, I received a nasty shock. I was under the impression that I had paid them for working electrical and things that don't work would be covered by warranty. I was in formed by the owner that they would cover faulty parts but not the labor. To fix the things they hadn't done right the first time they wanted to be paid, to the tune of $85 an hour with a two hour minimum. When I went to the city to request an inspection for my final electric I discovered that their company is now listed as primary permittee on my house remodel.
