First class operation. Cannot say enough about Taylored's professionalism!

It was an expensive repair. The repair process was extremely long and drawn out with multiple contractors. The quality of the work was just very average. They had to cut away and strip away a lot of sheet rock to get to the problem. They finally figured out it was a plumbing leak after we had had multiple people in there evaluating what was causing the leak. So we had people treating some mold damage and water leak and ultimately it was determined that it was a pipe leaking up in the attic after looking at the roof and all kinds of things. They subcontract their emergency service contractor for all kinds of water damage, fire damage, mold e.t.c. They subbed out the plumbing. Its not that they were horrible, they just weren't great. The whole process was extremely time consuming and we had a portion of our sheet rock ceiling open for over a month.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. I went home on my lunch hour and my brother met me there on his. No one showed up or called to say they were no coming. When I called saying I couldn't wait any linger they told me they had an emergency and rescheduled. Again I went home on my lunch hour to meet them and they didn't show up. When I called I spoke with the man that was supposed to show up and he told me somehow I was dropped from his calendar. He knew he was supposed to meet someone but didn't know who. The owner of the company called me several days later to apologize but I don't know about trusting them again.

Did everything on schedule, very responsive and charged exactly the estimate. Really like this business.

N/a. However if we ever needed anything done we would definitely hire them. We also toured a town home that had been restored by them after a fire. They do exquisite work with a high end finish.

I called and tried to schedule an estimate over the corse of a week. I called 4 times and was told each time that Darryl would call me back. The last time I called the receptionist told me she would contact him and call me back. I have never received a call back. If this company is so understaffed that they can't commit to an estimate I have doubts that they are up to the task of any remediation job.

Overall, the work done was great. We had some scheduling problems and incorrect product delivered. Everything was taken care of and we got the products installed that we wanted. I will be using them again for my next bathroom to be remodeled; however, I will have a deadline built into the contract.

Taylored was impressive in every regard, from their responsiveness over a weekend to their final quality control. I have recommended them to several others since their high quality response to my needs. They are not inexpensive but worth every dime.

We like them. They have done a really good job. The previous owner of the house had pets. We didn't know if we have to replace it or not. They came out and we didn't have to replace the carpet. Pet odor is a difficult thing and they have taken care of it. We try them because they do restoration after disasters. They also have handyman services.

Workers bent a fuel pipe and caused a leak under the house, then called us and told us that it was already leaking when they got there. They shut off the fuel, didn't finish the job, and still charged the insurance company (and us on the deductible). After numerous phone calls that no one would return, I sent an email to every person working for them in an attempt to get their attention. After weeks of avoiding us, they finally agreed to send a check to cover the remaining amount from the 1,000.00 deductible, but still never took responsibility for the fuel line. We had to hire outside help at a cost of another 500.00.

Followed up to get additional quotes and never heard back from anyone. Spent more time booking the appointment and looking at the jobs than in any follow up. the one estimate they did provide was over a week later than they had originally promised.

Note: Date of service was November 20, 2006, not the Jan 01 2001 date shown above. A violent windstorm brought a tree down that crashed through the back wall of our dining room, destroying two glass sliding doors that opened to our back deck. Our insurance company (USAA) told us that if we used Taylored Restorations, we would not need to come up with three repair estimates. The work by Taylored Restorations was excellent and quick.

You can either brings rugs in yourself or have them picked up for $35, I had mine picked up. I had to leave town for a family emergency when the rugs were to be returned. But when I got home they delivered them as soon as I called which I appreciated. Rugs look good now!

They did a good job with a lot attention to details.

Due to a pump error, we had water in the carpet downstairs. I had used Taylor in the past and was my first thought to call. I waited until 8AM to make the call so it would be during normal business hours. Told them I had water issue, and they would send someone right out.. While I waited the hour, I moved furniture so they would have easy access. Taylor showed up in an hour and started, had me sign some paper work ( rates, limited liability forms, etc) and started extracting water.. Took about an hour, then started unloading the blowers and water dehumidifiers. They suggested 10 blowers and two dehumidifiers. Which I signed off on.... The carpet is "indoor-outdoor" on a slab, so not padding underneath. I do think the blowers would have been more effective if they has pulled the carpet back from the tack strip and had the blower work from underneath, but that did not happen.. They just lined up the blowers sat them ontop of the carpet blowing air in a circle. The following morning, I loaded up all but two of the blowers and one dehumidifier and returned them myself to their office, just to get them off the clock. And the following day called them at 8AM to say I am done, please come get the rest of the equipment. Well, I got my bill ce gig!Taylor charges $149.85 just to call them on the phone to say you have an emergency. ( nice gig!) On the bill is it called "emergency service call during business hours" Then charge your another $107.02 to set up equipment. So before ANYTHING is done you are out of pocket 256.87 The numbers of blowers was overkill. but they make $27.22 for each one that sits here for 24hrs... All in all my bill was $1071.14. I believe next time I will just tear up the carpet let it air dry and get new carpet.. It would have been WAY cheaper !!

I was impressed with the dry out people. but once it came to fixing the damage nothing was done right the first time. Not to mention no one showed up for the scheduled appointment for the final carpet cleaning. communication was very poor throughout the company. I kept getting bills that should have been sent to the insurance company. The entire process for a leak in the ceiling from the condo above me took from November 2012 to August 2013 to complete the work.

Took too long. Spent a week at a hotel because of an asbestos scare. Almost 2 weeks to get test results back. They came back with an estimate of well over $7K to replace the small bathroom floor. Yes, I could've filed a claim. My insurance would be paying what seemed to be a bathroom floor remodel. No wonder our premiums are so high. I am, however, having to pay for a few "visits" from a few guys who were there no more than 15-20 mins at a time. Was billed for almost $600.00. I told him I don't agree with his charges. He said I was confused. Seems you will end up paying them either way. What a racket. I have no problem paying for work. That's why we call on the "experts." But beware.

After several calls to contractors who either showed up but would not get back to me on estimates and just did not show up at all Taylored Restoration came out and got an estimate to me within a week. Once we got door ordered and approval from insurance company they came within days and tore out all bad materials and installed new subfloor, door frame and door and even painted to match my trim. Very happy with the work they did!

They were great. Very professional and personable. I ended up not being able to do the project right now but will use them in the future should I choose to.

I would recommend this guys for a job. they are very nice to let you know if they can do the job or if you need someone else.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done on my home. Josh, the estimator was very friendly and helpful. He came out and estimated two projects I was considering. In the end, painting my home was the project I needed to tackle first so I only commissioned them for one job. Josh gave me a timely estimate and, given the excellent weather this summer, they got started only a week later. Danielle (sp?) and his team did an AMAZING job painting my home! I was very impressed at how much time and effort they put into making everything just right. They did a lot of prep work before even beginning to paint and once the painting was done, the time that was put into prepping everything really showed. There were a few very minor glitches along the way and each was addressed without hesitation. I was so impressed by the excellent customer service! I must also mention that the job was not only done well, but there was very little mess involved. They were very neat about their work and I never had to dodge ladders or paint. It was nice not to come home to a giant mess during the project. I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too. Overall, they weren't the cheapest estimate we got, but they were the most timely and honest. I'd rather pay more for service like that and I'm certainly glad I did. I will be using Taylored again and would recommend them to others without reservation!

It went not really well. It took them quite a while to respond and then their bid was higher than what I wanted it to be so I ended up not using them. They were okay on their punctuality. They showed up when they said that they would. I probably would consider getting a quote from them again in the future because I have had them do some work for me years ago and they did a good job but this experience moved them down the list.

I tried to to remove the wallpaper myself and though I consider myself somewhat handy I made little headway with it. The worker found a product that covered it and then did a drywall skimcoat and retexture. I was impressed. Excellent worker with great attitude. He did have problems reattaching toilet tank to bowl (big leak). I fixed it myself over the weekend. I am very pleased with the results. I love the bathroom! It looks great! Also after waiting for a couple of years for that transition piece I can't express how thrilled l am to have that done and done well.

They were slow to respond but punctual and very professional when the appointment was scheduled. The estimate they provided was at least 3 times the contractor I eventually selected. The contractor (Elite Drywall) did a great job.
