Description of Work: I had known and spoken to Mark Swank frequently from 2006 to 2010. He was a client of the business I managed. He impressed me as a man of knowledge and integrity. His accounts were always paid in advance.When I needed a construction company, my first thought was to him. He took my call personally. Though he declined the work due to the long distance from his base (65 miles), he took the time to discuss the job and give advice.
