 + -1 moreWork took much longer than estimated. Then, when the engine died less than a year later, they refused to stand by their work. Ended up going to Specialized Import Auto Repair for a new (used Japanese) engine, and have been very happy with their work.
Description of Work: Superior charged an arm and a leg for a Subaru engine rebuild (valves, cylinders, new head gaskets).

 + -1 moreAn unsecured bolt in a removable speed-bump ripped off my entire exhaust system over a weekend. I dropped off my car Monday morning and it didn't take but a day or two for the repairs to be completed. Butch made accommodations to ensure a pleasant experience and made me feel like family. Service was excellent and labor prices were reasonable. This was not the first time I've brought my car to Superior and it won't be the last.
Description of Work: Replaced entire exhaust system in my car.

 + -1 moreI had just pulled into the hospital parking lot when my car would not turn off. I immediately called Butch and he said to bring it in right away. Before I made it to the shop, my car died on the side of the road. Butch sent a tow truck to my rescue. Apparently my starter got stuck in the and quot;Onand quot; position and ran my battery down with it. Repairs were quick and he had me back up and running in no time. Butch even paid the tow bill directly and added the cost to my repair bill for insurance reimbursement. Superior Auto lives up to it's name. Superior service and superior quality. I have had multiple repairs, oil changes, and tire changeovers at Superior Auto and have never experienced a repair gone wrong. Each time I was treated with respect, answers to questions were thoroughly explained, and I was given the best options based on what I could afford. I was told what needed to be repaired immediately, what could wait, and what repairs I could honestly life without. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or swindled in any way. I will take my car to Superior Auto every time.
