Description of Work: We replaced 8 year old laminate with solid hardwoods and the fireplace was 80s brick and we changed it to stacked stone, I love the results! The installers were amazing!

Description of Work: We used Super Floors to install solid hardwood flooring in our upstairs and to reface our fireplace with stacked stone.

Description of Work: Provided and installed laminate and vinyl floor cover in brand new construction, however the end result was a failure that head if sales Rob and installer Curtis and contractors Midnight Sun Construction and coordinating contractor/real estate mogul O'banion were aware of and complicit in the upgrade fraud, and subsequent lack of warranty follow through. Not only were we scammed on the coat if installation, but the workmanship was shoddy, amateurish and incorrectly performed. Subsequently, super floors guaranteed replacement and corrections but never returned phone calls nor the money they conned my wife out of to replace vinyl with another brand. After one year of not fulfilling their commitment and promise then reneging in the agreement and ultimately denying our justified refund for the new material which never was delivered they told her they were not returning the money nor delivering the goods. The installers had returned to shove the drifting laminate back together by kicking the floor covering and then claiming that 'somebody else came in and glued down material with the wrong glue.' The contractor and vendor had also revealed that they knew the vinyl in bathrooms was rippling and had given them trouble the day they attempted installing it. Needless to say there were many other issues of incompleteness and poor workmanship- some of which was lazy, some just ignorant about Function and design. If you are looking for a contractor/vendor team you would be doing yourself a huge favor to avoid getting involved with Superfloors, dynamic Properties' agent Todd O'bannion and their inside financing arm, Statewide Mechanical plumbing, or Midnight Sun Construction all located in Southcentral Alaska. The cost above was what they charged us for the upgrade, laminate in the entire house except for vinyl in baths and laundry. We paid for a roll of Armstrong vinyl as replacement which is what wasn't delivered and Rob at the store was not only rude and condescending from the start but claimed they didn't have to make good on their original promise of installation nor the warranty guaranteed correction. I see the crew had brand new trucks when they worked on the house built next door the following summer.
