 + -1 moreMy insurance company made an estimate. Spruce Park worked off of the estimate. There were some modifications to the damage assessment. This was all very straightforward. Their estimate for completing the job was 2 days shorter than the actual, which was not a problem for me. The repairs were well done.
Description of Work: Replaced the front bumper and associated damaged parts, 1998 Subaru Legacy. Replaced the left side view mirror. Installed two new door gaskets.

Description of Work: I was driving my company truck, a 2004 Dodge 1500 pickup when I was sideswiped in the Dowling intersection. My truck ended up striking a street light pole which ended up in the bed of my truck. Nobody was hurt but the Dodge was pretty beat up. When the tow truck driver showed up and asked where I wanted my truck taken, I didn't even have to think twice. I told him "Spruce Park please" as I have used them in the past for some minor work to other vehicles. Several years ago they repaired the left side of the bed of the same Dodge that my wife backed into while exiting our garage. Two years ago, I repaid her by lowering the garage door on her brand new Toyota Tacoma's tailgate scratching it up pretty good. Spruce Park was able to buff out the damage which got me out of some hot water! This time, Spruce Park repaired and refinished the entire right side, roof, hood, tailgate and matched the spray in bed liner of the Dodge. I asked John if during the repairs, they could kill some surface rust behind the front bumper offering to pay for it. They did and didn't charge me for the additional work. This was an insurance job so in the end, it did not cost me anything.
