SPIT Shine gutter cleaning

Sending out an estimator was pointless. He would have given an honest bid. The two people who came were professional but they didn’t perform the work requested. The estimator gave us a bid for flashing as it needed repair. The workers said they couldn’t do the work because there was existing flashing. What was the point of having an estimator come out if they wouldn’t perform the work. We also asked to have one gutter caulked. They said that wouldn’t work but did their own choice of repair and increased the price to make up for not doing the flashing. I would never use them again. They also charged an extra $25 because I lived too far out. I live in Stuckagain Heights It is part of Anchorage not some remote part of town.

Very well. Person was timely and efficient and answered my questions. He was very personable and pleasant. I will use SPIT Shine to clean my gutters again. Price seemed reasonable.

I had cancelled another service and quit getting estimates because their price was good. At no time did they mention they were overbooked and I would not be done until the fall! They called two days ago to schedule for this spring. I told them what I thought of their lack of transparency and dishonesty.

Billy's team showed up, were super friendly and efficient and did a fabulous job! I was really impressed with their super awesome COVID19 protection masks they were wearing as well. Thank Billy and Team!

Estimate was performed promptly. Work began on scheduled day. Took less time to do the job than originally estimated so refunded me a portion of the money. I wasn't home so I would not have known how long it took to complete the job, and Billy did not have to refund me any money. This was an unexpected surprise. Overall very pleased with the service performed and the honesty to refund money,

They are a very professional group. They responded to my request on their website within one day. The Owner provided an estimate two days later and called to schedule a date for the cleaning once I gave the go ahead. They also telephoned a day prior to provide the time they would arrive to clean the gutters. The roof looks great and the gutters now work like they are suppose to. I was very pleased with their professionalism and performance and plan to use them again next spring.

No issues, staff were very kind and did not mind a last minute add on.

It went very well. Billy and his crew came out a little earlier than expected, but he gave me a courtesy call when he was heading my way. There were a few things that I asked him to give me quotes on like installing flashing and also moss removal. He gave me the quotes, cleaned the gutters and was gone in probably about 30 minutes.

Billy Forsyth did a great job cleaning our gutters. He had exceptional customer service, punctuality, and was responsive to phone calls. He is the first Alaska contractor that showed up on time to complete the work. We are hiring him again to remove moss from our roof. I highly recommend Spit Shine Gutter Cleaning.
