+ -1 moreWe got two estimates and Sam's was the lowest. He is a one man show so I was a little leery, but he had responded in a timely manner and appeared quite knowledgeable. Though he underestimated the number of days it would take him, he was always on time and worked hard. We had previously purchased the flooring and he installed it. It has been a month and half now and the installation is flawless.
Description of Work: He installed laminate flooring through out most of the house including the stairs.
