Description of Work: "Replaced 11 windows with outside and inside trim in 3 days . No scratch in the sheetrock did not even had to paint.Workers came on time where very professional ,worked the first day until all windows where replaced .Following day - outside trim and the third day inside trims.Cleaned up-inside and outside.I am very happy with my new windows. |I have more windows to replace and will hire Shilow Windows and Doors again."

 + -1 moreThe windows are wonderful. They are exactly what I purchased, and I love them. The windows came in exactly as promised, and the installers did a fabulous job. They were professional and worked hard. They protected my floors and furniture and cleaned up everything nicely. I had them install vinyl trim both inside and out. It looks wonderful. Carol is great to work with. No pressure and was very accomodating to my wishes and busy schedule. I would defintely recommend them and use them again.
Description of Work: I purchased 5 large windows from Shiloh and had them installed.

 + -1 moreDon and Carol took measurements of all of the windows and gave us a very reasonable price. We ordered them and set up an installation date. Product arrived on time and installation was done on time. Very satisfied with the overall experience.
Description of Work: INstalled new windows in entire house in 2010 Very professional. Contacted them again recently to replace a bay window (they did not install) that I am having problems with. I have ordered it for installation in April.

 + 1 moreThey showed up all three days and did the job on time! The 2 brother team worked approx 10 hours each day and did a thoroughly, professional job on installation of windows and trim! I have had no problems with the windows since. Very responsive company when we had questions.
Description of Work: Replaced 13 windows and one french door. Removed old windows and expanded bedroom windows openings to code, installed new windows and replaced interior & exterior kitchen trim.

 + 0 moreThey were fast, excellent, and the price was good. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau, and they had the highest ratings. I got 8 bids, 6 responded, and they were the lowest price. They have a life time warranty and I hope they never have to be replaced. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: They removed old windows and replaced them with new windows, as well as the doors.

 + 0 moreCarol, who is wife of the owner, is very pleasant to work with; however Don, owner, seems to care little about customers experiences. While their job is to manage the contractor, KA Enterprises - and its owner Kiril Alagoz, when they asked for advance payment due to "short of cash" and never returned to complete the job, Don did not believe the customer and failed to follow up. Milgate product product is generally fine except the door and bathroom window that condensate.
Description of Work: Replace windows and doors with new Milgate windows for entire house. Replace trim with PVC trim and set out for additional insulation and new siding.
