Ryan Donovan

I was pretty diligent about doing my research on a real estate agent after a bad experience in the past. I sent out email questionnaires to a few of the prospective realtors that I had it narrowed down to. Ryan impressed me immediately with a well thought out response only two hours later on a Sunday night. After giving it some thought, we hired Ryan, met him, and then went to look at properties. I really appreciated Ryan's willingness to essentially show us every property in Girdwood if that is what we wanted. Ryan understood that it was our purchase and he custom tailored the experience to meet our needs, providing advice when needed. I liked that when Ryan did not know the answer to a question, he admitted as much and then worked quickly to find the right answer. His honesty was refreshing. When we decided on a property, it was nice that Ryan had an office in Anchorage where we were able to meet and put together the offer. At other times, the office in his home in Girdwood was a perfect place to meet and take stock of our progress Whether it was a late night text, early morning offer, or a weekend phone call, Ryan bent over backwards for us and represented us aggressively. It was the little things like emailing a quickly created spreadsheet so I could easily compare offers/counter offers when I was very busy at work and needed to make a decision. He was exceptionally responsive and that is just what was needed on more than one occasion. After working with Ryan, I can give him my highest recommendation and will definitely use him in the future. He represented us very well and brought significant value to the transaction.
